Our team is made up of individuals based in Hampton Roads, Virginia that have been in and around the event production industry for many years. Being a part of this industry, we are accustomed to the long hours, late nights and early mornings that it takes to produce a successful event. We have been a part of events of all sizes and are happy to tailor our services to any scale. Bryan Schmidt is an experienced audiovisual professional with 15 years of audiovisual experience as well as 20 years of professional experience within the hospitality industry. In addition to his wealth of professional experience, Bryan also brings his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management from Old Dominion University. When Bryan is not in the office, you can usually find him around the house with his wife Megan, either watching whatever sporting event happens to be on or in the workshop building something else for the house.

Here are some artistic renderings of events that we have put together for some of our clients. We do not share event photos in order to avoid any confidentiality concerns from any of our clients. For actual event photos, please browse our social media pages for photos that have been shared by some of our previous clients. If we have had the priviledge of working with you, we would appreciate it if you would tag us in photos that you are comfortable sharing.

If your event includes any creative elements, after we finalize your set design with you, we will share our work with our watercolor painter to bring your event to life on canvas. You will be provided with the original painting following the event as a memory of our opportunity to work together. We will retain a digital copy to share with others for inspiration for future events.
